Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed aesthetician in Massachusetts is required.
• 1–2 years of spa or Medspa experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to upsell.

Responsibilities

• Perform skin treatments such as facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
• Consult with clients to assess skin conditions and tailor treatment plans.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and products.
• Upsell products and services to help clients meet skincare goals.
• Assist with front desk duties, scheduling, and maintaining a clean work area.
• Maintain high hygiene standards in treatment areas and equipment.
• Support social media efforts with engaging posts and client success stories.
• Build strong relationships and contribute to a positive, client‑centered atmosphere.
