Job summary

Porch Light Health in Espanola, NM is seeking an independently licensed therapist to join our outpatient treatment team. You will provide individual and group therapy, screen and refer new patients, and help expand evidence-based programs in substance use and mental health care.

You will work in a fast-paced medical clinic, with telehealth and in-clinic sessions, collaborating with medical providers and a multidisciplinary team. A LCSW/LPC or CAS with 3–5 years SUD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• LCSW, LPC, or other independent clinical licensure.
• MSW; LPC candidates working towards independent licensure.
• CAS with 3–5 years of experience in SUD treatment.
• Clinical experience in the area of SUD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs.
• Coordinate and develop treatment plans.
• Psychoeducation for patients.
• Provide individual and group therapy.
• Conduct brief interventions - Motivational Interviewing.
• Work in a fast-paced medical clinic.
• Collaborate in an integrated, multidisciplinary setting.
• Maintain clinical documentation per regulatory standards.
• Provide case management and referral services as needed.
• Support efforts to implement new programs.
