Job summary

Porch Light Health is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support patients via telehealth and in clinics across Colorado and New Mexico. The role emphasizes compassionate, non-judgmental care and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Cross-training in Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT) is available. The position requires a Colorado or New Mexico license, DEA registration, and experience delivering care in a fast-paced setting

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Psychiatric Mental Practitioner program.
• Current CO/NM license with active DEA license required.
• At least 1 year of psychiatric practice using EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct psychiatric and medical services per standards.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations to inform diagnoses and care.
• Maintain accurate medical records in the EHR.
• Document clinical and billing information timely and accurately.
• Collaborate with MD/DO on challenging cases.
