An automotive dealership in St. Charles, Illinois, is seeking a Full-Time License & Title Clerk. Responsibilities include processing license and title paperwork and supporting the team with various administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have strong organization skills and the ability to work independently. Experience with dealership accounting and knowledge of CVR for Illinois or Wisconsin are preferred but not mandatory. Qualifications

• Experience in dealership accounting preferred but not required.
• Understanding of CVR for Illinois or Wisconsin.
• Knowledge of processing and registering out-of-state deals.
• Ability to work independently to resolve License & Title issues.

• Check and confirm documentation meets requirements.
• Ensure compliance with state laws on titles.
• Support issues concerning titles.
• Process applications for new and used vehicles.
