Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with local health departments and our team members to file all required food‑related health permits.
• Develop and improve the existing health license database for multiple states.
• Provide daily professional communication via email and phone with local health departments and team members.
• File business, liquor, and mercantile tax licenses with state and local governments.
• Provide backup support for payroll, sales, unemployment, and property tax filings.

Requirements

• Ability to work under deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive computer skills and proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
