Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a License Services Specialist to administer and optimize engineering license servers across Windows and Linux platforms. You will manage license managers, automate workflows, and contribute to disaster recovery planning within the Foundational Capabilities Team.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, proficiency with FlexLM/Reprise/CodeMeter, and PowerShell/PowerApps automation, plus U.S. citizenship for security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in relevant field.
• Experience administering Windows Server and RHEL with logs, permissions, and troubleshooting.
• Experience automating workflows using PowerApps and PowerShell.
• U.S. Citizen able to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support engineering license servers across Windows Server and Linux environments, ensuring stability and compliance.
• Support license managers to monitor usage, address outages, optimize configurations, and validate entitlement alignment.
• Collaborate with teams during sustainment activities and major version upgrades to understand changes and ensure licensing services remain supported.
• Support creation, maintenance, and evaluation of Disaster Recovery plans for license services.
• Develop automated workflows to streamline manual processes and improve transparency for tool owners.
• Build Power BI dashboards and data models from license logs and Splunk reports.
• Create and maintain admin documentation, dashboards, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align licensing operations with enterprise policies and audits.
