Job summary

Baldwin County seeks a detail-oriented Office Manager to support the License Revenue Administrator and oversee day-to-day duties across motor vehicle, boat, business, marriage, hunting and fishing, manufactured home, and driver license programs.

The role requires adherence to state rules, strong public communication, and willingness to work non-standard hours; travel may be required and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public.
• One year of experience preferred.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Possess a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Willing to travel out of county as needed.
• Willing to work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide staff support to the License Revenue Administrator and License Revenue Manager.
• Follow policy, procedures and guidelines set forth by Probate Judge.
• Compile daily reports to balance monies collected.
• Set job priorities.
• Oversee License Issuance programs including Motor Vehicle, Boat Registration, Business, Marriage, Hunting & Fishing, Manufactured Home, and Driver License.
• Ensure compliance with Alabama state laws and county regulations.
