Trinity Health At Home – Muskegon is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for full-time home health coverage in Grand Haven, Spring Lake, West Olive, or Team 4 areas. You will deliver one-on-one care to patients in their homes, using clinical skills and technology to monitor health while collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited or state approved school of practical nursing.
• Current licensure in Michigan.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of one year experience in an acute care setting.
• Home health care experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Minimum Qualifications
