Job summary

Regency Pacific in Spokane, WA is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide high-quality resident care. The role includes medication administration, nursing services, and supervising staff while promoting a home-like environment and resident well-being.

You will train staff, assist the director of nursing, and ensure care aligns with treatment plans and state regulations, with emphasis on infection control and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing is required.
• New grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations.
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations.
