Job summary

Regency Redmond, part of Regency Pacific Management, seeks an LPN to provide medication assistance, nursing services, and supervision to staff to support resident well‑being in a caring home‑like setting.

You will follow state regulations, maintain documentation, and respond to health emergencies while upholding infection control and safety procedures. New grads are encouraged to apply and will be supported for growth.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with ADLs, medication administration, treatments, and self-care encouragement
• Ensure care per resident treatment and service plans
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review and communicate resident care documentation
• Evaluate health emergencies and respond per LPN scope and state regulations

As an LPN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

You Will

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations

• Possess a current LPN license in good standing
