Job summary

ExplorUS is seeking a License and Permit Administrator to join our corporate office in Overland Park, KS. The role oversees the full lifecycle of licenses and permits, conducts federal, state, and local regulatory research, and files renewals to keep sites in good standing.

You will support legal entity setup, tax compliance, and agency compliance initiatives, maintaining audit-ready records and calendars to ensure deadlines are never missed.

Qualifications

• Experience researching and preparing filings and interpreting legal requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external partners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling official forms.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual renewals of licenses and permits across all locations.
• Research, file, and track applications for federal, state and local licenses.
• Serve as point of contact for field and cross-functional teams on licenses, permits and compliance.
• Perform periodic audits and monitor ongoing compliance.
