Job summary

Resource Options, Inc. (ROI) is seeking a skilled Lull operator to join our construction team in Rhode Island. You will operate a Lull safely, precisely position loads at height on scaffolds or rooftops, and perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on heavy equipment.

The role requires a Rhode Island Hoisting Engineer License with a Construction Forklift/Telehandler endorsement and at least 2 years of on-site experience. OSHA 10 or 30 certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Rhode Island Hoisting Engineer License with Construction Forklift/Telehandler Endorsement.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating a Lull or similar telehandler on active construction sites.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Lull (telehandler) safely and efficiently.
• Precisely position loads at elevated locations, such as scaffolding, rooftops, or platforms.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance (fluid checks, greasing, cleaning).
• Follow all site safety and OSHA protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal environmental regulations and company policies.

Position Responsibilities:

• Operate a Lull (telehandler) safely and efficiently
• Precisely position loads at elevated locations, such as scaffolding, rooftops, or platforms.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance (e.g., fluid checks, greasing, and cleaning).
• Follow all site safety and OSHA protocols and wear required PPE at all times
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal environmental regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid Rhode Island Hoisting Engineer License with Construction Forklift/ Telehandler Endorsement
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating a Lull or similar telehandler on active construction sites
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
• Comfort operating on rough terrain and in tight spaces
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors in all weather conditions

Pay Range: $40.00/hr. + Commensurate with experience.
