• Cataloging practices and metadata formats (AACRII, RDA, MARC, Dublin Core).
• Strong computer skills: MS Office, assessment tools.
• Ability to research emerging technologies for library services.
• Excellent oral and written communication, ability to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage library technology initiatives and technical services operations.
• Coordinate cataloging and metadata for electronic and digital resources.
• Oversee original cataloging and supervise technical services workflows.
• Administer library software, staff hardware, and related systems.
• Liaise with IT, CARLI, and other vendors; support library systems.
• Maintain and update the integrated library system and patron loads.
• Support LMS-related library presence in the university platform.
• Oversee digital collections and university archives/digital repositories.
• Analyze online resource usage statistics and reports.
• Attend workshops and professional meetings; participate in committees.
