Job summary

Commander, Navy Installations Command is seeking a front desk, program and customer service specialist for Navy MWR libraries at JEB/LC, Virginia Beach. You will assist patrons, manage circulations, and support Library services in main and branch locations.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of library operations, familiarity with Navy MWR missions, strong typing and computer skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team while delivering excellent customer service.

Job description

This position is located within Fleet and Family Readiness Program, Mid-Atlantic Fleet and Family Support Program for the Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek. The purpose of this position is to provide front desk, program, and customer service support in Navy MWR main libraries, branch libraries, and resource centers. This position is located at JEB/LC in Virginia Beach, VA
