The Opportunity: We seek a forward-thinking supervisor to oversee our Access Services Desk during the day shift. This role ensures seamless access to resources and spaces, managing service desks across multiple locations including the John C. Hitt Library and the Curriculum Materials Center.
Responsibilities include managing projects to streamline processes, implementing technological solutions, and supporting materials relocation efforts. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on innovation, ideal for a service-minded professional.
Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent plus 4+ years relevant experience, or equivalent combination as per Fla. Stat. 112.219.
Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years leadership experience, library or higher education experience, familiarity with Alma/Primo, excellent customer service, and strong communication skills.

Additional Info: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship). Position location is in Florida. Salary is $23.33/hour or negotiable. Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:45 am - 5:15 pm. Closes 05-15-2025.
