Responsibilities

• Customer Service Assistant delivers excellent customer service within the Jerry Falwell Library by answering basic directional, research, and computer or technical-related questions from library customers.
• Provides research assistance to customers locating library resources using basic databases, electronic books, and computer searching techniques.
• Gives basic technology assistance by troubleshooting computers, answering printer questions, and keeping printer paper stocked.
• Maintains a vigilant posture to support customers who may need assistance.
