• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of directly relevant library experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; problem solving with laptops, printers, etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Team-focused.
• Able to adapt to a changing environment.
• Must be able to lift or move items 25-50 pounds, push a cart, and lift items on and off shelves.

Responsabilidades

• Provide research and reference assistance in person, chat, email, and phone; triage requests.
• Train and supervise Peer Library Research Assistants and coordinate their workflow.
• Coordinate front desk operations and back-up supervision as needed.
• Manage course reserves, contact professors, update Alma/Primo, weed expired reserves.
