Jefferson County Public Library in Arvada, CO is seeking a part-time Patron Experience Associate dedicated to delivering friendly, frontline service to a diverse community. You will help patrons discover reads, access e-books, use library resources, and participate in programs both inside the library and in the community.

You will promote programs, support volunteers, assist with displays, and help maintain a welcoming space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to assist with programs and community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service at public service desks.
• Promote and present library programs, story times, classes and workshops.
• Assist with collection development, displays and outreach activities.
