Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Works with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning and skills under certified staff guidance.
• Model appropriate behaviors for students and maintain a professional rapport with teachers and staff.
• Assist students during arrival, dismissal, lunch, and recess; monitor behavior and safety.
• Support data collection, record keeping, and progress monitoring as directed by teachers.
• Assist with educational activities and technology usage; adapt to diverse student needs.
• Follow Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and communicate confidentially with staff and families.
