You will design administrative procedures, maintain catalog accuracy in the ILS, manage interlibrary loan functions, and prepare monthly reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operation of a library in an adult correctional facility serving offenders of multiple classification levels.
• Design and implement administrative operations of the library including procedures and manuals.
• Plan library services, programs, and budgetary needs in cooperation with supervisors.
• Manage library staff and assign tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure quality control.
• Maintain catalog accuracy in the Integrated Library System (ILS) and assist with interlibrary loan and online selection tools.
