Qualifications

• MLS/MLIS from an ALA-accredited program.
• Demonstrated budgeting, planning, and management skills.
• Experience in personnel management including supervision and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning and resource stewardship for the Libraries.
• Provide personnel management and staff development, with performance feedback and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-department projects and administrative oversight, including regional sites.
