Colorado Mountain College’s College Library seeks a skilled librarian assistant to deliver bibliographic instruction and reference services. The role catalogues and classifies materials, assists users in person and online, and supports daily library operations and reporting.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with related experience or equivalent, and strong organizational, verbal, and IT skills. The position emphasizes student success, inclusion, and collaboration across campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years related experience or equivalent; or associate's degree with 6 years; or HS diploma with 7 years related experience.

Responsabilités

• Instruct library users in research methodologies and practices.
• Catalog and classify print and non‑print materials.
• Instruct users in library computer lab; provide technical support for library systems.
• Prepare bibliographies, assist circulation, and compile data and statistics.
• Participate in collection development and long‑range planning.
• Train part‑time and student staff; promote library services.
