Ensure guest experience is extraordinary through notable offerings unique to the guests’ expectations.

  • Preparation of all margarita ingredients (fresh lime juice and simple syrup); preparation of bar cart; preparation of drinks for guests upon arrival; break down and clean-up of bar cart and all associated ingredients. Secondary duties to include: bussing of tables and general maintenance of Library and Lobby; door presence/greeting guests in the Lobby.
  • Ensure that our one-of-a-kind public area (library) is pristine and well maintained by partnering with Housekeeping department.
  • Interact with other departments to ensure that all guest’s needs are supremely satisfied.
  • Proactively work to improve the hotel experience for our guests.
  • Accept other special duties as required by management.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year previous experience in a luxury or ultra-luxury environment.
  • Preferable to have received training in customer service in a luxury or ultra-luxury environment.
  • Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
