Job Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Greeting guests and managing waitlists.
• Providing menus and answering questions.
• Seating guests and managing table assignments.
• Engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Handling complaints and resolutions.
• Answering calls, taking reservations, and knowing the menu.
• Assisting with other restaurant positions as needed.
• Delivering excellent customer service.

The theatre operates 365 days a year, including holidays and weekends. Flexibility with scheduling is essential. Personal issues should be left at home during shifts.
