Kitsap Regional Library is seeking a Grounds and Maintenance Worker to perform grounds upkeep and a range of building maintenance tasks at multiple locations. The role includes landscape work, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and painting duties under supervision of the Facilities Supervisor.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and three years of related experience, plus a valid WA driver's license.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of building/grounds maintenance experience required.
• WA driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Candidates will complete a Job Candidate Assessment Test.
• Pre-employment fitness for duty exam is required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain library buildings, facilities, and grounds.
• Perform electrical, lighting, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting tasks.
• Transport and install equipment, furniture, and shelving for events and projects.
• Participate in remodeling and repair projects.
• Safely use and maintain tools and equipment.
• Inspect grounds and dispose of litter and debris.
• Maintain safety and upkeep of library vehicles.
