Located along the Main Line, the library serves a community of over 33,000. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fundraising and donor engagement, along with strong communication and organizational skills. The position offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive fundraising experience.
• Strong knowledge of donor cultivation and major gifts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive annual fundraising plan.
• Lead all fundraising campaigns and events.
• Cultivate relationships with current donors.
