St Michaels Free Library is seeking a Library Associate to work full-time at the St. Michaels Library. The position involves reference and circulation duties, plus programming and outreach, with PIC responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Eligibility under Bylaw 1305.04.03 as Library Associate.
• Complete Library Associate Training Institute within 24 months of appointment.
• Maintain eligibility by completing 90 contact hours of training every 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide reference and circulation services as part of daily operations.
• Lead and participate in library programming and outreach activities.
• Serve as Person in Charge (PIC) when needed.
