Jefferson College is seeking a part-time Library Assistant to support daily circulation, materials processing, and patron services. The role requires assisting students with technology and library resources, and preparing basic reports for library operations.
Responsibilities include registering patrons online, handling holds, and maintaining accurate item records while ensuring security of materials and a smooth, customer-focused library experience.
Jefferson College students are not eligible for this position. This position is open until filled. Review of candidates will begin on June 16.

Incumbents perform general and basic functions to support the operation of the Library. Responsibilities may include providing assistance for circulation and materials processing procedures; working with other colleges and the MOBIUS consortium to resolve ILL issues; and processing serials and materials.
Associate’s degree or a minimum of a high school diploma and 2 years of related experience.
