Job summary

Delaware Technical Community College is seeking a Librarian for a temporary, part-time position to support reference services and instructional sessions.

Hours are Monday through Friday, mornings or afternoons, up to 29 hours per week; the role includes acquisitions, cataloging, information literacy instruction, and collaboration with faculty to enhance learning across campus. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science.
• Four years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Librarian liaison to faculty; develop collection and support materials.
• Provide information literacy instruction to students, faculty, and staff.
• Collaborate with faculty to integrate information literacy into the curriculum.
• Manage acquisitions, cataloging, and processing; communicate with LYRASIS and OCLC.
• Market library services via publications, displays, and workshops.
• Evaluate and select electronic resources; oversee online reference services.
