Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate and resolve HPL, GL, and EPL claims.
• Formulate and implement investigation plans for each claim.
• Negotiate settlements within delegated authority and establish resolution strategy.
• Maintain claim diaries, update files and present information at reviews.
• Represent Trinity Health at case evaluations, mediations, and trials.
