Job summary

CCMSI is seeking a Multi Line Claim Representative I in the Chicago area. The role focuses on investigation and adjustment of multi-line liability claims within CCMSI guidelines, with eligibility for remote work in states where the company is authorized.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of liability claim experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with limited supervision in a team environment. This is a full-time, hybrid position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years liability claim experience required.
• Experience handling IL jurisdiction claims.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and adjust multi-line liability claims per CCMSI procedures.
• Review medical, legal and miscellaneous invoices; negotiate disputed bills.
• Authorize and pay multi-line liability claims within authority.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys and monitor subrogation.
