Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd is hiring a Claims Examiner - Liability to analyze complex liability claims across multi-state jurisdictions. You will work on auto, BI, PD, GL files, pursuing timely adjudication with adherence to client service requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college preferred.
• 5 years of claims management experience.
• Licensing: NY preferred; reciprocal license required.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing liability claims through action plans for timely resolution.
• Negotiating settlements within designated authority.
• Communicating claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Reporting claims to the excess carrier and following directions professionally.
