Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Four (4) years of General liability claims management experience or equivalent.
• Experience handling high-end, complex liability claims preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and adjudicates high-end public entity liability claims and communicates resolutions.
• Handles complex coverage scenarios and manages legal inquiries.
• Coordinates with clients, external counsel, and internal teams to advance cases.
• Identifies settlement opportunities and develops strategy with stakeholders.
• Participates in mediations, trials, or hearings as needed.
• Supports early return-to-work strategies with partners.
