Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination.
• US jurisdiction knowledge and licensing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to determine exposure and resolve them timely.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Report claims to excess carrier and respond to directions professionally.
