Job summary

AvonRisk is seeking an experienced Liability Adjuster for an in-house desk role based in Arlington, Texas. The ideal candidate has a proven track record from investigation through settlement, with strong subrogation and recovery skills.

Responsibilities include investigating Auto, Bodily Injury, Property Damage and General Liability claims, reviewing records, negotiating settlements, and maintaining organized diary management for all files.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Adjuster License is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; work experience will be considered.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in adjusting auto and general liability claims.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and process Auto, Bodily Injury, Property Damage and General Liability claims.
• Consult police and hospital records, examine photos and statements, and take recorded statements as needed.
• Evaluate bodily injury demands and negotiate settlements.
• Evaluate and calculate auto total loss settlements and diminution of value claims.
• Evaluate and calculate non-vehicle property damage supports and create subrogation demands to seek recovery.
• Maintain diary management for all assigned files.
• Strong experience with subrogation claims and activities related to subrogation recovery and proactive file handling.
