Qualifications

• Licensing: Active Florida 6-20 All Lines Adjuster License preferred; must obtain if not licensed.
• Language: Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken, required.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience: 2+ years auto claims experience preferred; high-volume, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve claims from start to finish, including complex matters requiring judgment.
• Evaluate coverage, review policies, and resolve coverage issues as they arise.
• Manage customer interaction professionally and accurately, including difficult conversations.
• Handle demands and correspondence clearly, quickly, accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with attorneys, medical providers, customers and stakeholders to move claims toward resolution.
• Maintain detailed, timely records of claim activity, decisions and communications.
• Stay compliant with applicable federal and state laws, regulations and company requirements.

The Role

You’ll guide customers through the claims process from first call to final resolution, investigating

coverage, resolving disputes, and working with attorneys, medical providers, and others to keep

claims moving forward.

This isn’t a script-reading job. You’ll use judgment, document your reasoning, make decisions,

and take ownership of your claims from start to finish.

Where You’ll Work

We’re primarily an in-office team in Plantation, Florida. Remote work may be available for candidates outside the local area, depending on business needs and the circumstances of the role.

Your Schedule

Monday through Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

What You’ll Actually Do

• Investigate and Resolve Claims: Evaluate claims from start to finish, including complex matters that require judgment and critical thinking.
• Evaluate Coverage: Review policies, confirm coverage, and work through coverage issues as they arise.
• Manage Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers professionally and accurately, including during difficult conversations.
• Handle Demands and Correspondence: Respond to demands, requests, and questions clearly, quickly, accurately, and timely.
• Collaborate: Work closely with attorneys, medical providers, customers, claimants, and other stakeholders to keep claims moving toward resolution.
• Maintain Strong Documentation: Keep detailed, timely records of claim activity, decisions, and communications.
• Stay Compliant: Follow applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and company requirements

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred. Candidates without a degree will be considered when they bring relevant experience and demonstrated leadership ability.
• Licensing: Active Florida 6-20 All Lines Adjuster License preferred. If not licensed, you
• must obtain one within the required timeframe.
• Language: : Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken, is required. This is non-negotiable. Our customers rely on us to serve them, and they deserve to be served in the language they choose.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, plus proficiency with
• Microsoft Office.
• Experience: 2+ years of auto claims experience preferred. Ability to thrive in a high-volume, customer-facing environment where time management, and attention to detail are essential.
