The Lia Toyota Wilbraham is seeking an experienced Automotive General Manager to lead a high-volume dealership, delivering an exceptional customer experience and building long-term customer relationships.

The role focuses on overseeing sales, service, parts, and finance with a strong emphasis on leadership and performance. A track record of excellence and strong references are valued as part of the selection process.

Qualifications

• Prior Automotive Management Experience required.
• Proficient in software and technology for CRM.
• Strong references and solid background will be considered.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Must have a clean and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of high volume, high paced dealership including sales, service, parts, finance.
• Lead and motivate management team at all times.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and practices.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to automotive financing.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the dealership with customers, vendors and staff.
• Stay update on industry trends, sales data and financial reports.

Lia Toyota Wilbraham is seeking experienced Automotive General Manager with a proven track record selling new and used vehicles while maintaining exemplary CSI to our team. We are focused on delivering an excellent customer experience and creating long term, repeat business relationships with all our customers.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $250K-$300K+

SIGN ON BONUS: N/A

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior Automotive Management Experience Required
