Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of high-volume dealership including sales, service, parts, finance.
• Lead and motivate management team at all times.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and practices.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to automotive financing.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the dealership with customers, vendors and staff.
• Stay updated on industry trends, sales data and financial reports.

Compensation

COMPENSATION RANGE: $250K-$300K+

Requirements

• Prior Automotive Management Experience Required
• Proficient in relevant software and technology for CRM
• Applicants with strong references and solid back ground will be considered
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Must have a clean and valid driver's license
