Job description

Lia Nissan Enfield is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our parts department.

Compensation Range: $75K-$90K

Sign on bonus: N/A

REQUIREMENTS:

• Motivational professional with a minimum of 5 years of progressive automotive parts experience
• Management and marketing experience necessary to coordinate, promote, and grow a large wholesale operation
• Strong, successful background with positive staff, franchise, and customer experience record
• Experience in obtaining and servicing wholesale accounts
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional personal appearance and work ethic
• Experience in parts inventory control and administrative functions of the parts department
• Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must have a valid, clean driver's license

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead a team including drivers and external counter sales, focusing on process improvement and increasing Parts Department sales while satisfying customers
• Focus on growing wholesale accounts and increasing Lia Brand loyalty
• Set forecast goals and objectives, and train staff to meet them
• Implement plans to improve phone skills, follow-up, and account service; motivate and monitor staff performance
• Price parts and accessories accurately using proper sources and keep the system updated
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the company's values in all interactions; lead by example
