Lia Auto Group is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Northampton, MA team. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $125,000 annually based on knowledge and production, with a sign-on bonus up to $2,000 based on experience and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service for customers.
• Communicate repair information and recommendations from technicians to customers.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians’ time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $65K-$125K based on knowledge and production

SIGN ON BONUS: Up to $2,000, Available based on experience and certification(s)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic Computer skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by communicating all repair information and recommendations from the technician to the customer
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure a positive customer experience
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
