Center on Halsted is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to deliver individual, relationship, and group therapy to LGBTQ+ clients, including trauma and HIV-related care. Under supervision, you will empower the community and allies to thrive through client-centered, trauma-informed practice.

Responsibilities include maintaining HIPAA compliant records, providing referrals, and participating in trainings and meetings.

Formación

• Masters in social work or related field is required.
• Licensure or supervision toward clinical license is expected.
• LGBTQIA+ culturally competent and respectful.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, relationship and group therapy.
• Offer counseling, advocacy and case management for LGBTQ+ clients and trauma survivors.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant, confidential clinical records.
• Attend department meetings and participate in trainings.
• Meet grant reporting deadlines and provide referrals as clinically indicated.
• Supervise trainees once licensed as needed.
