Job summary

STI Health & Wellness is seeking experienced Clinical Psychologists to provide high-quality, short-term, evidence-based behavioral health services in a hybrid role with 2 days of remote work. The focus includes trauma, substance use, co-occurring disorders, couples therapy, sex therapy, and LGBTQ+ affirming care.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering short-term, evidence-based therapy.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive intake assessments.
• Familiarity with DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations and review psychological and social history.
• Perform clinical interviews, assessments, and risk evaluations.
• Diagnose behavioral health conditions per DSM guidelines.
• Develop and implement individualized short-term treatment plans.
• Provide short-term psychotherapy to individuals and couples and to military members where applicable.
• Deliver trauma-, SUD-, and co-occurring-focused treatments.
• Provide affirming LGBTQ+ care for gender identity and sexual orientation concerns.
• Facilitate couples counseling and relationship work.
• Maintain timely, accurate, compliant documentation (assessments, plans, SOAP notes).
• Document clinical encounters and outcomes within required timeframes.
• Collaborate with clients and healthcare providers to support outcomes.
• Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice.
