Job summary

Spectrum Medical Care Center seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered medical care within their scope of practice. The APP will evaluate patients, develop diagnoses and treatment plans, order and interpret diagnostic studies, manage medications, educate patients, and coordinate care with the medical team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current, unrestricted RN and APRN/NP authorization or licensure required by the state of practice.
• Appropriate national certification for the population and clinical role.
• Current prescriptive authority, including controlled-substance authority when required for assigned responsibilities.
• Current DEA registration when required by the position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive and focused patient evaluations and medical histories.
• Develop differential diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Order, review, and interpret laboratory tests and imaging.
• Prescribe and manage medications within scope of practice.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
