Spectrum Medical Care Center in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to deliver patient‑centered medical care within scope of practice. You will evaluate patients, diagnose, treat, educate, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include ordering tests, managing medications, documenting in the EHR, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while providing compassionate, stigma‑free care to diverse populations. Experience in HIV care is highly desirable.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current, unrestricted RN and APRN/NP authorization or licensure required by the state of practice.
• Appropriate national certification for the population and clinical role.
• Current prescriptive authority, including controlled‑substance authority when required for assigned responsibilities.
• Current DEA registration when required by the position.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive and focused patient evaluations, including obtaining medical histories and performing physical examinations.
• Assess acute and chronic medical conditions and develop differential diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Order, review, and interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and other diagnostic tests within the APP's scope of practice.
• Prescribe and manage medications and therapies as permitted by law and policy.
• Provide patient education and coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team.
• Document assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up in the EHR accurately and timely.
• Coordinate patient care with various healthcare partners and maintain continuity of care.
• Maintain compliance with safety, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
