UHA University Health Associates seeks an Advanced Practice Professional to coordinate and provide comprehensive primary care in an ambulatory setting. The APP will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the health care team to assess, diagnose, and manage patient care across the age spectrum.

The role requires MSN, national APRN certification, and PA program validation with PA licensure eligibility, plus BLS and ALS as needed. Primary care experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Requires MSN from CCNE-accredited nursing program.
• National certification by APRN certifying bodies.
• Licensure or eligibility for RN/APRN in Pennsylvania and PA licensure.
• BLS certification with additional ALS as required.

Responsabilidades

• Manages comprehensive primary care for patients in ambulatory settings.
• Coordinate care with medical specialty teams to develop care plans.
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and document findings.
• Promote evidence-based care and participate in teaching residents and students.
