Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a Personal Shopper for Lowes Foods To Go in Knightdale, NC. You will pick guests' orders accurately and efficiently while building friendly relationships with guests.

This fast-paced role offers hands-on experience in eCommerce, logistics, and customer service as part of our growing online ordering program.

Responsibilities

• Pick guests' orders based on guidelines and best practices.
• Interact with guests in a genuine, fun, and interactive manner.
• Work efficiently and purposefully when picking, staging, and fulfilling orders.
• Properly greet and review orders with guests.
• Safely bag, load, and handle orders.
• Record variances on guest pick lists.
• Maintain records applicable to LFTG and transmit data as scheduled.
• Perform basic maintenance on hardware and software.
• Maintain LFTG station including all equipment.
• Communicate service issues with support resources and store management.
• Conduct in-store promotion of program.
• Periodically assist with marketing within the community.
• Provide in-store guest service as needed (bagging, locating products, cleaning).
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• All other duties assigned by management.

Overview

You will join a high-energy and fast-paced team that supports Lowes Foods To Go – our online ordering program that guests call "life-changing". As a Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for masterfully and efficiently picking orders for your guests, and over time, building relationships with guests so you can understand their needs and preferences. This position will give you an opportunity to be directly involved in the company's fastest-growing sales channel and you will get hands-on experience in the areas of eCommerce, logistics, information technology, customer service, and grocery retail. You will also support creative marketing and outreach programs that help achieve eCommerce goals for your store. The ideal candidate is naturally outgoing and energetic, and is capable of having positive and genuine interactions with Lowes Foods guests.

Responsibilities
