Job summary

Findlay Lexus of Spokane is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will learn our consultative sales process and work to build lasting relationships with customers on the showroom floor and online.

This position offers paid training, a flexible pay plan with commission, and opportunities for advancement in a long-term career. Candidates with customer service, retail, or service/hospitality experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and create customers for life.

• Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages and latest technology.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations.
• Work all showfloor and internet leads to ensure maximum performance.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Compensation:

• * Commission 20%-35% of net sales price per unit
