Bobby Rahal Lexus of Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking an Accounting - Office Manager. If you have Accounting leadership experience and you are hard-working and a detail oriented problem solver, we would like to speak with you.

This is a Monday - Friday position working daylight hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manager a team of Accounting Specialists while overseeing the Accounting department
• Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Monitor manufacturer receivables such as incentives
• Monitor all receivable accounts
• Manage vehicle floor plan payments
• Oversee title work processes and procedures
• Reconcile and remit monthly and quarterly tax payments
• Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with dealership guidelines and the manufacturer's format and timeline
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Being detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
• Knowledge of Google products such as email and some MS Office products with the ability to learn dealership-specific software
• Accounting and leadership experience is required
• Previous automotive accounting experience is preferred
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus
