Job summary

Parkway Ford is seeking a motivated New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our Lexington team. You will help customers choose the right Ford, demonstrate features, and guide them from the initial visit through delivery.

Candidates with strong communication, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn can succeed, even without prior automotive experience. Training and career growth opportunities are available in a professional, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Parkway Ford of Lexington is looking for a motivated, customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is driven to succeed, and wants the opportunity to build a long-term career in automotive sales. Automotive sales experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with selecting the right new Ford vehicle for their needs
• Build relationships with customers from the initial visit through delivery and beyond
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and available options
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and previous customers
• Maintain consistent communication with prospective buyers
• Work with sales management to provide customers with a smooth purchasing experience
• Stay current on Ford products, incentives, programs, and vehicle technology
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Develop repeat and referral business through excellent customer service
