Sentinel Health Services is seeking a Board-Certified PM&R physician (or psychologist) to conduct Compensation and Pension examinations for veterans. The provider must maintain a commercial-office location with malpractice insurance and have at least two years of clinical experience.

Exams occur at approved facilities with access to the VA online portal for submission. You can design a flexible schedule within a 50-mile radius; Montana and Oregon exceptions may apply.

Contract Position to do Compensation, Pension and Disability Examinations

Requirements

• Must have your own OFFICE.
• Your Office Must be at a Commercial Location (Not Home Based)
• Must have Your Own Malpractice Insurance (Where You are the Named Insured)
• Must have Commercial Liability Insurance for Your Practice Location
• Must have 2 years of Clinical Experience
• Board Certification in PM&R

Responsibilities

• Perform Compensation and Pension Examinations on Veterans
• Conducting a C&P Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Residuals examination
• Complete a thorough review of digital medical records
• Conduct a physical assessment based on specific disability claims
• Submit information gathered through an online portal for the VA to review as part of a compensation/pension claim

All exams will take place at approved facilities with proper equipment and internet access provided.

If you have your own practice, you can conduct these exams with a flexible schedule that works with your current patient scheduling.

Qualifications

• Board Certified MD / ( Physiatrists ) Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R), Psychologist.
• Design your own schedule (7 days a week, weekends encouraged). Availability of at least 3 to 7 days a month is preferred.
